Leading the Way in Pressure Vessel Manufacturing

Pressure Vessel

Chemat Sp. z o.o. stands at the forefront of the pressure vessels manufacturing industry. Our company is dedicated to delivering products that meet customer expectations and stringent technological requirements. With extensive experience across diverse sectors—including chemical, food, agricultural, pharmaceutical, mechanical, installation, and construction industries—Chemat has earned a reputation for excellence.

Comprehensive Pressure and Non-Pressure Equipment Design

Our engineering department excels in designing both pressure and non-pressure equipment. Adhering to the rigorous standards of Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), our products are crafted in compliance with harmonized standards PN – EN 13445, PN-EN 13480, and other relevant regulations such as EN 1591, AD 2000-Merkblatt, ASME VIII, and WUDT. Our comprehensive technical documentation ensures conformity assessment with the directive’s requirements, facilitating the acquisition of compliance certificates and CE marking—essential for market entry within the EU.

Specialized Expertise in Pressure Vessels

Among our most frequently produced items are pressure vessels. We possess the necessary qualifications and extensive experience to manufacture, repair, and modernize a wide range of tanks. These include non-pressure and low-pressure tanks, as well as low-pressure tanks for flammable, toxic, or corrosive liquids, stationary pressure tanks, and technological pipelines for combustible materials. Additionally, we hold the required credentials to repair and modernize water and steam boilers.

Advanced Design Capabilities

Our advanced design office allows us to engineer any type of pressure vessel for virtually any industry application. Typically, our pressure vessels are constructed from carbon steel groups 1.1-1.3 and austenitic steel group 8.1. These materials ensure our equipment can withstand challenging conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and other environmental factors, making them highly resistant to mechanical damage.
