In a significant advancement towards sustainable alcohol production, the Bartężek Agricultural Farm has completed a project enhancing its ethanol distillery operations. Located in Bartężek, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, this project focused on upgrading their raw alcohol production facilities to meet modern environmental and efficiency standards.
The centerpiece of this project was the installation of a 500 liters per hour ethanol distillation unit integrated with a cutting-edge Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning system. This innovation not only boosts production capacity but also ensures a more eco-friendly approach to alcohol manufacturing, reducing environmental impact through optimized resource management.
Led by Dr. Eng. Marzena Czapnik, the project aimed at revolutionizing ethanol production methods by introducing advanced technological solutions aligned with Best Available Techniques (BAT). These enhancements not only enhance economic efficiency but also uphold stringent ecological safety measures.
