In industrial installations, pipelines are critical for transmitting various media. At Chemat Sp. z o.o., we specialize in comprehensive pipeline design or piping. Using schematics from our team or clients, we employ advanced 3D modeling software like SolidWorks Routing. This creates both 3D and 2D documentation. Consequently, this approach enhances installation functionality, eliminates errors, and avoids potential collisions common in 2D designs. Moreover, it improves communication between the client and the documentation provider. Furthermore, it allows for BOM preparation, making prefabrication a sensible alternative to on-site production.
Prefabrication of Pipelines
Based on the detailed 2D documentation we create, our team of experienced welders and assemblers prefabricate the pipelines, which are then installed at the client’s investment site. Consequently, this prefabrication process significantly reduces the installation time, thereby lowering overall costs.
Production of Pipelines
The design and prefabrication of pipelines is a complex process facilitated by our advanced machinery, including CNC plasma cutters. Additionally, our worktable, with a working area of 3000×1500 mm, allows us to cut various details, such as construction elements (node plates, ribs, etc.), custom flanges, and cone cutouts intended for rolling. The maximum sheet thickness we can cut is:
- up to 30 mm for black steel
- up to 15 mm for stainless steel
Additionally, our capabilities are enhanced by a pipe and profile rotator, enabling us to cut any shapes in pipes (up to DN200 – diameter 220) and profiles.
